At Northland Fence, our staff is dedicated to providing a safe and healthy workplace for our customers and our employees alike. With that being said, we are aware of and complying with the guidelines and recommendations that the Center for Disease Control has set forth – both at a personal level as well as a business – as a response to the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak.
We have advised all our employees to follow the Public Health Organization’s guidance as it relates to personal hygiene and social distancing protocols. To that end, we also established our own policy which demands that our employees, who exhibit flu-like symptoms, to stay at home and seek the advice of medical professionals.
Our office staff has also been instructed to interact with our customers in the technological manner that is safe for both parties. E-mails, text messages, and phone calls will be the consistent manner of communication with our customers. In doing so, we will continue to be dedicated in providing our clients with the most thorough and professional response that has been a trademark of the Northland Fence experience.
